Trace allows you to undo conversions, but availability depends on the system you are using.
This feature is only supported for Metrc states. Metrc allows manual reversal of conversions, while CCRS and BioTrack do not support an undo function. In CCRS and BioTrack, the only way to reverse a conversion is to manually convert the item back to its original form.
In Metrc states, you can undo a conversion directly within the conversion model.
If the conversion was completed through a Manifest, you can select “Undo last conversion” to reverse the most recent action for that item.
Keep in mind that this only applies to the latest conversion. If multiple lots were used, only the most recent conversion will be undone, not all of them. The resulting lot created in Metrc will be deleted, and the associated tag will be discontinued.
Tip: When possible, use a single lot for conversions to make reversals simpler.
