Pricing Groups are optional and allow you to customize client pricing by combining accounts into a single group and setting pricing for that account group based on factors such as sales volume and purchase history.
Create a Pricing Group
1. Go to the Clients menu in the Sales sidebar and click Pricing Groups.
2. Click Add. The Add Pricing Group pop-up window will open.
3. Type a name for the pricing group in the Pricing Group Name field.
4. Click Save to go to the pricing group's page to add products, set pricing, and add clients to the group.
Add Products to the Pricing Group
1. Click Add on the Categories tab. The Add Product Categories to Pricing Group window will open.
2. Click the Choose Product Categories drop-down and select the categories to add to the pricing group.
3. Click Confirm to add the selected categories.
4. Type the pricing group price for each added category in the category's Price column.
5. To set an optional price per strain for Grid Selection products, click Add Strain Price. The Add Strain Price window will open. Click the Choose Strain drop-down and select the strains. Click Confirm.
6. Type the price per strain in the strain's Price column. Click Save New Prices to save the pricing group prices.
Add Clients to the Pricing Group
1. Click the Clients tab. Click Add.
2. Click the Choose Retailers drop-down and select the clients to add to the pricing group.
3. Click Confirm to add the selected clients. The pricing group will appear on the Pricing Groups page and will be available for selection when creating Campaigns.
