1. Add Brands
Before adding products in Bamboo Sales, you must first add product brands. Navigate to Products > Brands on the sidebar menu and add brands to the table. Click Add, then enter the brand details.
2. Add Categories
Next, navigate to Products > Categories to create product categories. Click Add, then enter the category details.
Important: Ensure the "Includes Strain & Weight" checkbox is selected for all traceable product categories. This automatically assigns strain and weight attributes to products within the category, which you can customize in the next step. For non-traceable products like batteries or accessories, leave this box unchecked.
3. Create Products
After adding your Brands and Categories, you can start creating products. Navigate to Products > Products from the sidebar menu, click Add, and fill in the product details.
For Sales Menu Display, you can choose either Grid Selection or Standalone.
Please note that once a product is set as Grid Selection or Standalone, the selection cannot be changed. However, you can always recreate the product if needed.

The brands and product categories you added in the previous steps should now appear as options in the drop-down menus. Additionally, if you selected the "Strain & Weight" option when creating the product category, you'll be able to specify the strain and weight for the product here.
You can also Create Multiple Products from this modal by selecting the checkbox at the top. All products must belong to the same category and brand, but you can assign different names, weights, strains, and prices.
After selecting the checkbox, you can add multiple strains and weights. Click Review and Save to proceed. On the next page, you'll see a list of products with various weight and strain combinations. Here, you can customize product names, set default pricing, and finalize by clicking Save.
Important Reminder:
• For Grid Selection products, please add the product photo to the Strain in Bamboo Trace.
• For Standalone products, please upload the product photo in Sales.
