Simply go to Bamboo Trace and navigate to the Employee Samples module. Enter the names in the Employee Name field, select whether the sample is for an End Product or Source Product, and complete the remaining fields.
Once saved, you can generate the label by selecting the sample(s) and clicking Generate Label.
