Email Campaign Metrics - Open Time and Click Time

How to View Email Campaign Performance:

  1. Go to Email Campaigns in your Bamboo Sales dashboard
  2. Select your Campaign (Bamboo ID)
  3. Look for the 'Opened At' and 'Clicked At' columns Note: These timestamps show the first open/click from each client

Tip: If columns aren't visible, scroll right to see all available data.
