In the Offer settings, there's an option to set a timer for the sales menu. This timer will purge the cart after the selected period of inactivity.
However, we understand that sometimes you may not want to purge sales reps' or clients' carts automatically.
In such cases, you can use the manual purging cart feature. Navigate to the Campaign, select the kebab menu (ellipsis on the far right), and choose "Purge all carts."
Alternatively, you can set a specific time to purge the cart daily within the Campaign. If your Campaign is Active, you will need to Pause it before setting the daily purge time.
