With Bamboo Sales CRM, you can easily add notes to each individual account. To use Account Notes, navigate to Clients > Accounts.
Select the client for whom you want to enter a note. Scroll down to find the Account Notes section. Here, you can enter your note for the client. After saving the note, you will have the option to edit or delete it.
Additionally, account notes will be visible at the bottom of every order associated with the account and client. This ensures that the entire team, including the processing team, knows of any special considerations for the client. Clients can also add notes when checking out their orders.
