If an order has been manifested, you can reopen the manifest to make any necessary changes. Go to the manifest and click on the "REOPEN" button.
Please reopen the manifest in Bamboo. Then, navigate to Bamboo Sales, set the Sales Order to Pending, and make the necessary edits. Once you're done, re-approve the Sales Order and return to Bamboo Trace to review and publish the manifest again.
✅ For Metrc Users:
If the Manifest template has not been used in Metrc:
Please follow the steps above. Then go to Metrc Transfers > Templates to use the template once you are done making edits.
Please note: Upon publishing a manifest in Bamboo, the units for the order will be split into their own package and assigned to the tag selected. They will not return to the original parent lot.
If the Template has been used in Metrc:
- Please re-open the manifest in Bamboo
- Go to Metrc and Void the manifest under Transfers > Outgoing
- Come back into Bamboo and hit the "Sync From Metrc" button found in the right side of the screen under Inventories > Lotted
This will return all the packages in that manifest to Bamboo
After the Sync from Metrc is complete, please make the necessary adjustments to the to the Sales Order and re-approve the Order.
Click on view manifest and allocate and re-allocate all the lots.
Please note: The packages have already been split and assigned lots upon the initial publish of the manifests. To avoid creating unnecessary packages, please use the manage allocation button to re-allocate the same packages to the order where applicable
Re-publish the manifest, and then use the new template generated in Metrc > Transfers > Templates
